Fantasy Football Start ’em Sit ’em Week 12 (2018)
First of I want to say thank you for understanding as this list is a little late and unfortunately does not include any players playing on Thanksgiving Day (Bears, Lions, Cowboys, Redskins, Falcons, Saints). Huseyin and I do our best to give you quality content week in and week out without missing any deadlines, but alas we are only human.
Hopefully your day was filled with amazing food, great family moments and exciting football to watch. With only a couple more weeks left of the fantasy football regular season, I would like to take this time to reflect on the journey we have been on so far.
Because of you and the rest of the couch fam, our podcast channel continues to grow as well as the weekly Hack My Lineup livestream. From our humble college days as Fantasy Fix, we never could have dreamed we would still have an audience today. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all your support over the years. Without you, there is no Fantasy Couch!
Week 12 Start ’em
Jameis Winston – TB QB
Famous Jameis is back in the driver seat of the Bucs offense after Ryan Fitzpatrick got benched for the second time this season after a poor performance against the New York Giants in which he threw interceptions.
The Bucs have another favorable matchup at home against the 49ers who currently have the best possible odds at the number one overall pick if they lose the remainder of their games.
With big play receivers to throw to on the outside against the 49ers weak secondary, I predict Winston will be feasting on the 49ers with a side of crab legs on Sunday.
Jameis Winston Week 12 Projections: 375 passing yards, 3 passing TD’s, 1 INT, 8 rushing attempts, 43 rushing yards

Week 12 Sit ’em
Philip Rivers – LAC QB
Rivers has been a model of consistency this season and is coming off a 400 yard passing game against the Denver Broncos in week 11. This week he faces a stingy Cardinals defense featuring Patrick Peterson, Chandler Jones and Budda Baker who have allowed the second-fewest fantasy points to quarterbacks. With Melvin Gordon potentially resting for maintenance purposes, Rivers could be in for a long day without his main backfield weapon as a safety valve.
Philip Rivers Week 12 Projections: 224 passing yards, 2 passing TD’ 2 INT’s, 1 fumble
