If you have doubt on who to start and who to sit in Week 10 of the 2013 fantasy football season, have no fear… My start ’em sit ’em list is here!

START: Chris Johnson, Ten RB

He’s back!… At least for another week that is. In his last four games he is averaging a respectable 16 fantasy points/gm, has scored four total touchdowns and slightly resembles the player from 2009 when he was better known as CJ2K. Last week was the performance that all his fantasy owners have been waiting for and we should see a repeat performance this week against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He will be facing off against the worst run defense in the league, which is allowing 161 yards on the ground and have given up 13 rushing touchdowns. With one of the easier schedules remaining for running backs, this week may be the resurgence of CJ2K; I expect 123 rushing yards and one touchdown.

SIT: Matthew Stafford, Det QB

I can’t believe I’m saying this but “Matthew Stafford doesn’t deserve to be in your lineup this weekend.” Now before you guys start swearing, cursing and sending me ugly tweets, hear me out. He has played seven career games against this week’s opponent, the Chicago Bears, and in those seven games he has thrown nine touchdowns and nine interceptions, while averaging 243 passing yards–not exactly mind blowing numbers.

Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford

This year the Bears have been tough on quarterbacks as they are giving up the 8th fewest points to the QB position. So far this season, the Bears defense has racked up 11 interceptions and only allowed 11 passing touchdowns and four passing plays of 40 yards or more. On top of all that, Stafford will be playing in an away game. I see a recipe for disaster this weekend and would recommend starting someone else if possible, like a guy named Nick Foles. By the time it’s all said and done Stafford will finish the game with 255 passing yards, one touchdown and two interceptions.
