Fantasy Football Start ’em Sit ’em Week 13

There are only 2 weeks left in the fantasy regular season! This is not a drill! Now is not the time to mess around. Remember, the fantasy season is a marathon not a sprint, so don’t take your eye off the ball now. Attention to detail matters so examine every move your opponents make on waivers this week and look for high upside players that may have been left over as free agents.

Don’t be afraid to cut ties with bench players you know you would never start with your fantasy season on the line. There is no room for players who are underperforming, even if they are big names or you spent decent draft capital on them. Your job is to prevent your competitors from grabbing a potential league winning player. Try not to pull a DeSean Jackson and fumble the ball before you cross the goal line. See you in Week 14!

Week 13 Start ’em

Mike White – Jets QB

I know that he just played the lowly Bears in Week 12, but I am going to go out on a limb and say that Mike White is the real deal. He showed what the Jets could finally do with a competent QB under center (Sorry, Zach, it looks like your time is up in the Big Apple). White threw for 3 TD’s and looked the part of a franchise QB by stretching the field and finding the dynamic young receiving core of Garrett Wilson and Elijah Moore to the tune of 315 yards on 22 of 28 passes.

With the running game banged up heading into a potential shootout with Kirk Cousins and the 9-2 Vikings, it looks like the Jets have finally found their new leading man on Broadway. Consider White a top streaming option and a potential league winner for those teams who lack a quality signal caller.

Mike White Week 13 Projections: 345 passing yards, 3 TD’s, 0 INT’s

Isiah Pacheco - Sit em Week 13

Week 13 Sit ’em

Isiah Pacheco – Chiefs RB

Since taking over the starting RB job from MEH, Pacheco has improved each week and scored his second rushing TD of the year against the defending champion Rams in Week 12. His yardage on the ground will fluctuate in this pass-heavy offense, which I predict will limit his ceiling in what should be a high-scoring affair with Joe Burrow and the Bengals offense who may be returning the always dangerous Ja’marr Chase. Fade Pacheco if you have better matchup options on your bench.

Isiah Pacheco Week 13 Projections: 12 rushing attempts, 42 rushing yards, 1 target, 12 receiving yards, 0 TD’s
