Fantasy Football Start ’em Sit ’em Week 4

If you break up the fantasy football season into 4 quarters we are still in the first, so don’t panic if you are in the bottom half of your league’s standings. That being said, the margin for error from here on out is very slim so you can’t afford to make any more mistakes.

Do your due diligence and check the Vegas lines to see which games are going to be high-scoring and which games may be affected due to bad weather. At this level of competition, every detail matters and the more info you have compared to your opponents could be the difference between winning and losing this week…so don’t blow it!

Cole Beasley – Bills WR

After two weeks of subpar performances, Beasley and the Bills offense are now firing on all cylinders coming off a Week 2 dismantling of the Washington defense. This was the second game in which Beasley was targeted 13 times, hauling in 11 receptions while only 2 yards away from his first 100 yard game of the season.

With QB Josh Allen looking to him early and often, I expect this trend to continue at home against a Houston Texans defense who will have their hands full on the outside with Stefon Diggs and Emmanuel Sanders, leaving Beasley to feast in the slot.

Cole Beasley Week 4 Projections: 15 targets, 12 receptions, 110 receiving yards, 1 receiving TD

Javonte Williams - Sit em Week 4 - 2021

Week 4 Sit ’em

Javonte Williams – Broncos RB

The precocious rookie got his first TD against a pitiful Jets D in Week 2, flashing the potential that have some teammates comparing him to a young Alvin Kamara. While this may be hyperbole, there is no doubt that Williams is very talented but still behind veteran Melvin Gordin in the Broncos backfield.

The majority of his touches happened in garbage time and he also gave up a fumble near the goal line that would’ve made his stat line even better. In Week 3 he faces a Ravens D that ranks 9th in rushing yards allowed this season, and is coming off a heroic game-winning field goal against the Lions. It will be hard to trust Williams in this matchup so look elsewhere for the time being.

Javonte Williams Week 4 Projections: 10 rushing attempts, 53 rushing yards, 2 receptions, 9 receiving yards, 0 TD’s
