UFC fighter Donald Cerrone aka Cowboy

UFC Austin takes place this Sunday and DK has another good GPP to try to cash in on. The main event features two high volume strikers in what should be a very exciting fight. From a DFS standpoint there are only 3 fights predicted to end in a finish. I can see an additional 2 possibly ending in a finish so roster construction should be interesting. Let’s get to it, here are my picks for UFC 221…

Cerrone -160 vs Medeiros +140
Although Vegas favors Cerrone here this should be a close fight and the inside the distance prop favors both fighters giving Cerrone the slight edge. Cerrone has been involved in some wars a true warrior always leaving it all in the cage he has dropped his last 3 fights. Medeiros on the other hand has won his last 3 so I think you have to play this one both ways. My official pick is Medeiros via KO but play this one both ways.
Hedge/Stack this fight in cash go 50/50
Medeiros via KO ITD +210 – GPP some risk
Cerrone via KO – Cash/GPP risk

Gersan Valdez
What's up everyone my name is Gersan Valdez. You can follow me on twitter @Jobus_dfs. I've been playing Daily Fantasy Sports since 2010 and Season Long Fantasy since 2008. It was not long after that I came across Fantasy Couch. I would #AskTheBrain my own sit & start questions. With every year I played I would learn more and more. Fast forward almost 10 years and now I'm here to offer you advice and help you build your daily fantasy teams. My specialty being in MLB, where I play mostly cash games with a few GPPs. Looking to win that monster pay day. I also do MMA; a sport I've been following since my teenage years, watching the very first UFC on PPV. Of course let's not forget NFL, the sport that started it all for me in fantasy. So shoot me a tweet anytime. I'm always willing to help or just chat it up about the latest movie or episode of GOT.
