If you are one of the teams in your league with a 0-2 record, I am here to tell you that you still have a chance. There is no need to push the panic button just yet. In fact, you have a great chance at coming back and it starts here in Week 3.

Panic button
Don’t do it

This week, I put the spotlight on two receivers who have not performed up to their lofty draft positions. Just like your team, they are looking for redemption and it begins here…

Week 3 Start ’em

Terrelle Pryor – Wsh WR

Pryor has been a fantasy dud in his first two games, with only 8 total receptions and zero touchdowns, despite being drafted in the second and third rounds in most fantasy drafts. His slow start has a lot to do with his adjustment to being in a new offense, and less to do with a lack of talent, which Pryor has plenty of.

With tight end Jordan Reed potentially out with an injury (surprise?) with a bruised sternum, this could open up even more opportunity for Pryor in the red zone where he can use his size and leaping ability to climb over defensive backs with the ball up for grabs. I expect Pryor to receive plenty of targets from his quarterback Kirk Cousins who is looking to establish himself against a Raider defense that has given up the 9th-most fantasy points to quarterbacks this season. Get ready for a good ol’ fashioned shootout folks!

Terrelle Pryor Week 3 projection: 12 targets, 8 rec, 88 yards, 2 TDs

Week 3 Sit ’em

Dez Bryant – Dal WR

Dez scored his first TD of the season against a tough Denver secondary thanks to a team-high 16 targets of which he caught 7 for a paltry 59 yards. This week he faces another elite shutdown corner in Patrick Peterson who is known to give diva wide receivers fits.

I expect the Cowboys to run the ball through Zeke more this week after his Week 2 performance which he got 9 carries after getting 24 in Week 1. Things will get easier in Week 4 for Bryant, but consider him a low-end WR2 in this tough matchup.

Dez Bryant Week 3 projection: 10 targets, 6 rec, 63 yards, 0 TD
