Every week, Mike Mital is responsible for telling fantasy football owners around the world who to sit and who to start. This is not your grandpa’s ordinary, boring start em sit em list–this is bold! You’ve been warned…
For the past few weeks, my featured starts and sits have been spot on. Let’s see if I can do it for one more week…
Week 11 Start em
Kirk Cousins – Wsh QB
Cousins has been a model of consistency this season, posting at least 2 touchdowns in his last 4 games and showing the type of poise and arm that sent RG3 packing his bags for Cleveland. This week, he gets a juicy matchup at home against a Packers secondary that allowed 3 TDs to Marcus Mariota in Week 10 and has more holes than swiss cheese. With Jordan Reed and Vernon Davis emerging as his go-to targets, Cousins should have plenty of opportunities to yell “You like that!” with his Week 11 performance. We talked about Cousins in our latest podcast episode, and surprisingly, he is available on waivers and free agency in many leagues!

Week 11 Sit em
Stefon Diggs – Min WR
Diggs has put together back to back 13-catch games and has been targeted a mind-blowing 42 times over the last 3 games. He is one of the hottest wide receivers in fantasy at the moment but he is about to find out why Patrick Peterson is a future Hall of Fame cornerback come Week 11. I expect Peterson to shadow Diggs for the duration of this game, thus making Diggs a low-ceiling play at home against the Cardinals. Selling high on a guy like Diggs before this Cardinals game may prove to be a good idea for those of you who can still trade in your league (trade deadline has past in many leagues).
